He graduated from Faculty of Theology, Erciyes University, in 1993. In 1996, he received his MA degree, with a thesis entitled “John Hick's the Concept of Eschatological Verification” at the Institute of Social Sciences, Erciyes University. In 2011, he completed his PhD study, with a dissertation entitled “The Problem of Grounding Faith” at the Institute of Social Sciences, Ankara University. He works, currently, as a lecturer at Faculty of Theology, Osmangazi University.
