He graduated from Faculty of Theology, Baku State University, in 2000. In 2002, he received his MA degree, with a dissertation entitled "The Relationship Between Science and Religion in the Writings of Ian Greame Barbour" at the Institute of Social Sciences, Marmara University. In 2007, he completed his PhD study, with a thesis entitled "The Epistemological Attitudes in the Modern Philosophy of Religion and Rationality of Belief in God" at the same institute. He works, currently, as a lecturer at Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Trakya University.
