He graduated from Faculty of Theology, Ankara University, in 1994. In 1998, he received his MA degree, with a dissertation entitled " According to Muhammed İkbal the Religious Experience and Cognitive Value" at the Institute of Social Sciences, Erciyes University. In 2013, he completed his PhD study, with a thesis entitled " According to Hallâc Existance and Religious Experience" at the same institute. He works, currently, as a lecturer at Faculty of Theology, Cumhuriyet University.
