He graduated from Faculty of Theology, Atatürk University, in 2002. In 2007, he received his MA degree, with a dissertation entitled "According to Voltaire Faith Thoughts and Liberty of Belief in Enlightment in France" at the Institute of Social Sciences, Atatürk University. In 2012, he completed his PhD study, with a thesis entitled "Religion, Holiness and Mystic Experience of Rudolf Otto" at the same. He works, currently, as a lecturer at Faculty of Theology, Kafkas University.
