He graduated from Faculty of Theology, Atatürk University, in 1999. In 2001, he received his MA degree, with a dissertation entitled "Fideism in the Religious Epistemology" at the Institute of Social Sciences, On Dokuz Mayıs University. In 2006, he completed his PhD study, with a thesis entitled "Deconstruction in the Philosophy of Religion" at the Institute of Social Sciences, İstanbul University. He works, currently, as a lecturer at Faculty of Theology, İstanbul University.
