He graduated from Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Selçuk University, in 1984. In 1989, he received his MA degree, with a dissertation entitled "The Problem of Reason and Value of Reason in Qur’an" at the Institute of Social Sciences, Selçuk University. In 1997, he completed his PhD study, with a thesis entitled "Some Problems of Religions Philosophy in Hegel" at the same institute. He works, currently, as a lecturer at Faculty of Theology, Necmettin Erbakan University.
